[Bug] Error linking SEI transactions #702

Description

By clicking on the Redeem transaction link, when Sei is target chain. When searching, a 0x is added to the hash causing the chain explorer to return 404. Example: TX https://xlabs.github.io/wormscan-ui/#/tx/Dpt8jZujoRJrpWAEBTUuebBciXYBVzaqX416UvA2FYuQ
