Request for processed datasets from scBridge paper #3

Hello, I am new to bioinformatics and I am very interested in reproducing the analysis from your recent scBridge paper. However, I noticed that the dataset on GitHub does not fully contain the processed data used for the numbers in the paper. There are five datasets in the experiment whose h5ad files are not given.

It would be incredibly helpful if you could share the processed datasets containing the normalized expression values, identified cell types, integrated embeddings, etc. Sharing this processed data would make your methodology much more accessible and enable others to replicate your findings.

I understand processing large scRNA-seq datasets requires significant effort. Making the processed and annotated data available would allow others to bypass this time-consuming step and directly test the novel methods you introduced in scBridge. This would greatly benefit the field and support open science.

Please let me know if you would be willing to share these processed datasets from your study. I would be very grateful for the opportunity to work with this data. If there are any concerns about sharing this data publicly, I'm happy to discuss options like entering into a data usage agreement.

Thank you for considering this request. Your scBridge paper is an important contribution and I look forward to learning more from the data.
