Remove `tv_grab_se_swedb` #117

This remove the tv_grab_se_swedb grabber as it has been offline since 2015.

This looks good to rebase and merge, as the grabber's already disabled in Makefile.PL and you have addressed most traces of the grabber.

The only other places I can see se_swedb mentioned are in the comments/examples in lib/Description.pm and lib/Options.pm - I guess these references - and any other stale references in libraries referencing old grabbers - should be updated to refer to current stable grabber(s), but not necessarily in this commit!
