This is not an app: there is no gui. It is a commandline tool.
I believe apps are available which are built on XMLTV, but that is beyond the scope of this project.
OK thanks for the note. Sorry, I'm completely new to this thought this was an app. I will check it out and see if I could manage to create something out of this.

as others have said.. you need to run "command prompt" (cmd.exe) from windows first to get a command line. cd \path\to\where\you\installed xmltv.exe
