Good Afternoon,
Thank you for filling out the registration form. As it appears you are located internationally, you do not have a reporting obligation to the U.S. NCMEC’s CyberTipline and, depending on your location, may have a separate reporting obligation. At this time NCMEC will not be registering international companies who will be reporting via Cloudflare’s CSAM Scanning Tool due to its limitations and until reports submitted via this tool contain more robust and meaningful information. However, should you wish to submit a report to the CyberTipline, we would recommend utilizing our publicly available reporting form at https://report.cybertip.org/.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your interest in registering with NCMEC’s CyberTipline. The CyberTipline was created by NCMEC to provide an online mechanism for members of the public and electronic service providers (ESPs) to report incidents of suspected child sexual exploitation including online enticement of children for sexual acts, child sexual molestation, child sexual abuse material (child pornography), child sex tourism, child sex trafficking, unsolicited obscene materials sent to a child, misleading domain names, and misleading words or digital images on the Internet. ESPs can register with the CyberTipline to access a separate, secure reporting form which enables an ESP to upload content related to the report and receive a confirmation receipt indicating the report was successfully submitted.
You are able to access the online registration request form at https://esp.ncmec.org/registration. This form requests basic information regarding your platform. After the completed form is submitted, we will review the information provided for possible registration. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
