Enable/Disable algorithms #70

In simple configuration edit, show list of algos and a switch to enable/disable specific algos.

MoneroOcean XMRig checks each algo if the config doesn’t contains performance info for each algo. The miner can stuck on some algos on some devices and the miner cannot contiune to mining process. An option to enable/disable algos is necessary to use MoneroOcean's algo switching feature.

The default settings must contains heavy algos that not design for mobile phones like: cn/gpu, kawpow, cn-heavy, astrobwt
