Update Advanced Configuration on file save by xmrig #71

When using MoneroOcean fork, after the benchmark XMRig updates config file, this file is overrided each start.

We need to observe the file (config.json) for changes (Watchdog??) and on every change update react native with the new content of the file. The content must be updated in configuration state and saved to disk.
