new targets, particularly those using 'wiring' protocol, need their info updated in both 'boards.txt' and 'avrdude.conf', particularly adding the atxmega128a1u and putting 'wiring' entries in for the atxmega128a1 (no 'U'). VERIFY THAT THIS IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE MOST RECENT AVRDUDE!

done, but needs to be checked against latest (>5.11) avrdude.conf and upstream patches submitted.
