What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make a phone call
2.Hover anything over the proximity sensor.
3.Get a black screen and never turns back on.

What kernel are you running?
20/07/12 Code Aurora Kernel for ICS

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.
* Grab aLogcat:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat&hl=en
* Reproduce the problem
* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know if it's my phone's problem, any ROM/Kernel I use other than stock
will have this issue. Every time I use .kdz and return to stock Gingerbread
proximity works all of a sudden, I'm sure it's not the dust everyone talks
about.

Also... Major battery drain, phone idle and android os = 50%, sometimes it goes
to 10% but screen skyrockets to 80%.

Try using the stock kernel. Nobody has that issue anymore. It has been fixed in
all the custom roms.
And battery does not drain that fast. I get 2 days of moderate use. It is a
higher battery drain than GB but it is a heavier rom.

I searched many places for the stock kernel, but I can never find it. And
yes I am the only one that seems to have that issue.

Stock kernel is the one that comes with the rom. Maybe you should stick with
the original LG GB rom if you don't understand basic things...

I understand, I know stock kernel comes with stock rom. But when I flash your
rom it becomes a different kernel, I asked if there's a separate stock kernel I
can flash after flashing your rom.
