Phone goes black after unplugging headphones sometimes.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Unplugging headphones while listening to music, trying to power on the screen 
but it will remain black though the back light turns on. Phone is still 
functioning just screen won't show anything.

What kernel are you running?
2.6.35.100perf+cm9

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.

* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here

Please provide any additional information below.

Can be fixed by rebooting the phone into recovery mode and selecting reboot 
phone.

I have just tested this with the stock music app and there is no bug. Please. 
Wipe everything and reflash and report back.
