Phone doesn't obtain location from wifi or 3g #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm trying to use Foursquare to check in, but phone doesn't obtain place 
from wifi or 3g

What kernel are you running?
2.6.35.10-perf+cm9

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.
* Grab aLogcat:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat&hl=en
* Reproduce the problem
* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here

I've downloaded foursquare and i can check in just fine over wifi. I can't test 
3g though but there shouldn't be any problems.
