v0.4.0 missing setup menu for launcher

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install oxygen_ics_v0.4.0.zip

What kernel are you running?
kernel 2.6.35.10-perf+cm9 mcostea@mcostea #2

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.
* Grab aLogcat:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat&hl=en
* Reproduce the problem
* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here

Please provide any additional information below.
1. can not disable google search bar on main screen
2. can not setup launcher grid size
3. can not setup how many screen

Oxygen is NOT CyanogenMod. *NOT* CyanogenMod. Many features that you find 
"useful" on CM will NOT be present in Oxygen.
However, if you want more flexibility with the launcher then install a 
third-party launcher from the Play Store. Then all your dreams will come true. 
Or... go back to CyanogenMod and setup anything you like.

But, I think let "google search bar" always occupy home screen is not a good 
default setting.  Any one want that search bar, just drag from widget.
