wifi not working in my lg optimus in which i hav installed ICS 3.0 #118

plz help i updated my lg optimus p500 with oygen 3.0 ICS system is speeder bt 
unfortunately my wifi is not working. WIFI icon is not even shown in the status 
bar also though its getting on. PLZ i need ur support ASAP.
