Search icon in dialer jump up-down when trying to over scroll.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the phone's dialer.
2. Scroll to the left until you have reached the left-most tab.
3. Keep trying to scroll left again
4. Notice the little search/magnifier class icon in the lower left corner in 
jumping up and down.

What kernel are you running?
Stock

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.

* Reproduce the problem
* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here
