Missing Mic button on keyboard #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Keyboard
2. Missing mic button(speech to text).  It's supposed to be immediately beside 
the space key.

What kernel are you running?
Stock

Under Language and Input -> Android keyboard settings, the option is there 
under Voice input key to show the mic button, but it refuses to show up when 
choosing any of the options.

BTW, I just upgraded from GB Oxygen to this ... and I love this rom ... 
outstanding work!

I believe the mic button is missing because we don't have the stock voice app 
of ICS because it does not run on armv6. I replaced it with the older voice app 
from GB. I'm not sure though... I'll look into it...
