GPRS not working(No data connection)

What kernel are you running?

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.

* Open aLogcat and save the logcat

Please provide any additional information below.

Not able to connect to internet. Only able to browse when connecting to WIFI. 
Tried to restore GPRS settings from operator, but not able to get configuration 
setting from operator. The APN tab for enable and disabled is not highlighted 
in seetings. Plz help quickly.
