Stock Email App FC on Combined View #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least two email accounts setup in the stock Email app
2. Delete all messages from the in-boxes of the accounts
3. Change to Combined View
4. Email FC (Unfortunately, Email has stopped working)
5. If you re-open Email by shortcut set to Combined View we get FC too.

What kernel are you running?

Logcat attached.

Whenever accessing Combined View with empty in-boxes, we get FC.   If a message 
is present in any individual inbox, then Combined View works as expected, 
doesn't crash, shows the combined inbox.   It's only when there are no messages 
that Combined View gives FC upon access.   I like to use a shortcut that 
defaults to the Combined View, but email crashes all the time if there are no 
messages present.
