Wifi thetering causing phone to reboot #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable wifi thetering when conected in a 3g network
2.Disable Wifi thetering
3.Switch from 3g to 2g network
After these steps the phone will reboot.

What kernel are you running?
I'm running stock kernel with no modifications in cpu settings.

It would really help if you could provide a logcat when the problem occurs.
* Grab aLogcat:

* Reproduce the problem
* Open aLogcat and save the logcat
* Attach it here
