Phone will turn on while chharging #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn the phone power off. Plug in the stock wall-usb outlet and the phone 
turns back on.

What kernel are you running?
2.6.35.10-perf+cm9 

Android Version 4.0.4

This has been discussed over and over again millions of times.
Offline charging will not be supported on ANY roms after 4.0+
