The user should be displayed with a progressbar or something else to know how far the process is done
Important for larger sets

Since [0901a9ae9776945c9890c5583f35f82dbf2ee5e4] the user gets more advanced feedback.

There's still room for improvement but for the time being this should do it.

In the future it should be considered to remove the tqdm usage or minimize it since it draws a lot of the python performance.
