fix(absence_no_team): absence declaration has no teamId assignation, handle teamId null value when receiving absence declaration from backend

Description

What are changes related to ? remove absence declaration dependency from a team, as an absence is global, and shouldnt be related to a team. Changed front and back logic, updated database using migration script. Updated teammates list with their declaration
