It seems to have a bug when connect to the app to make a declaration we arrive in team declaration summary page even if we are not declared.

As a user

I want to be asked to make my declaration directly if i have not already done it

In order to not forget to do it

Step 1: Connect to the mobile app

⛔User is asked to do a declaration if he have not done it
⛔User is redirected to team declaration summary page if he has done its daily declaration

It seems that this bug is not present in UAT but is present in PROD.
