Description

Allow the administrator to schedule the publication of the newsletter. 2 possibilities :

Immediate publication with notification sent
Publication deferred to a date chosen by the administrator. This date will act as a trigger for notification and visibility in the XpeApp application

Add the field "publicationDate"
Authorize the read of the documents in newsletters collection if only the field "publicationDate" is exceeded
