An administrator must have a list of access rights to features. They will be defined in the Firebase collection and will give access or not to certain functionalities of the admin part.
The 5 access are :
Possibility to add a newsletter
Possibility to modify a newsletter
Access to the expense report
Access to vacations of the collaborators
Access to the cra of the collaborators
