Prerequisites

The user are connected to the application at least once

Description

When the admin create a new newsletter, a notification will be sent to all users of the application.

Analyse

Save the newsletters ids and date in SqLite for don't receive notifications already received
Use Job Service to execute a job all hour to do a API call to get the newsletter of the month, check if the id of newsletter is in SqLite.
If the newsletter is in SqLite, the notification is not sending. Otherwise, we show a the notification

Firebase Messaging is decommissioned in 2024 Need to search another solution
