add .desktop file and icon for unix systems #403

This adds a .desktop file and icon for XDG compliant unix desktop enviorments. To be installed by package maintainers.

this relies on the new command line parameters of the sdl2 version, thus its maybe more suited to be moved there, imo src/platform/nix should just be removed, as the platform is covered by sdl2

i think a more reasonable approach to it being a problem that this depends on -d i added to the sdl2 version is to add this option to the other versions, whatever you do want to release on unix systems.
