add initial teeworlds support #197

XQF is able to list servers and to connect to the server.

It would be possible to look for existing maps to tell if the server is hosting a map the player does not have yet but it's not implemented yet.

Custom arguments are not passed to executable too.

players are not listed (I don’t know if it's possible to get this) but the amount of players and the total slot available are correctly handled, and gametype is known but not yet used by XQF (displayed in rules, though).
