Discuss internally. Uses two way QR.

Import with empty private key and flag, so when signing: instead of routing to XUMM signing logic, trigger Cobo logic.

Signing flow: prepare entire TX, but don't trigger XUMM signing but show a dialog with QR to scan with Cobo (cancel/done), then scan the QR from Cobo » Submit
