Hooks testnet crashes when emitting "OfferCreate" and "EscrowCreate" transaction multiple times

Issue Description

• Hook testnet crashes when emitting offer creates or escrow creates multiple times.
• Most of the time it crashes in 3rd or 4th emission.

Steps to Reproduce.

OfferCreate

offer_create.zip

• Download and extract the given sample code.
• Run run.js file as follows.

  node run.js sn6Eh5HPDsmsPG4RgnHCVFSgoo7FH <rippled server>

• The script will create the account with provided secret (using funds from genesis account)
• The script will compile and upload the hook and then invoke offer emission every 3 seconds.

EscrowCreate

escrow_create.zip

• Download and extract the given sample code.
• Run run.js file as follows.

  node run.js sn6Eh5HPDsmsPG4RgnHCVFSgoo7FH <rippled server>

• The script will create the account with provided secret (using funds from genesis account)
• The script will compile and upload the hook and then invoke escrow emission every 3 seconds.

Expected Result

Offer or Escrow emissions from the hook account.

Actual Result

Hook testnet crashes after 3rd or 4th emission.
