Support new thread name API #842

CurrentThreadName.h was removed and ThreadUtilities.h are to be used instead. See https://github.com/XRPLF/rippled/blob/develop/src/ripple/basics/ThreadUtilities.h#L38-L46

note: not changed yet in rippled 1.12.0. Expected for the next release of rippled (e.g. 2.0.0-b1)
