Design and add landing pages for use cases with the following information:

Summary of the use case
Highlight the benefits of using XRPL over other blockchains (What are the differentiating features that XRPL offers for this use case? )
Clear journey path for different experience levels
Link to published projects with code samples
Links to (non-docs) related information such as learning portal, playground, etc

The Use Cases page itself still needs one of these.

2592 added a custom page for the Tokenization use case, but we still don't have any for other Use Case pages yet.
