Extend transactions Account UI. #296

Unified account UI for account type fields viz: Owner, Destination, and Amount.issuer.
UI allows selecting and editing, to be able to add any account, imported in ide or not.

It's nice to be able to use non-imported accounts, but I think the account fields (like Payment Destination) shouldn't show raw strings by default - IMHO it could just stay empty (like Account), and when the user finds out the transaction fails without the field, they're naturally guided to selecting an account from the dropdown...
