Move platform profiles from SDK to WMR package #184

XRTK - Mixed Reality Toolkit Pull Request

Overview

WMR controller profiles were still living in SDK. Moved them to the WMR package so they can be delivered when importing the WMR module.

Changes

Moved default profiles.
