STP file disassembly is not working #9

Could You tell me what is the CAD software do You use? When I open the STP file in Solid Edge or Inventor then the assembled parts in the assembly appears as only one big standart parts. I am not able to disassemble them. As You see in the shoulder connections:

I would highly appreciate if You were kind and upload the native CAD software files, like SolidWorks .sldprt / .sldasm or Solid Edge .par / .asm and so on.

It was done in Fision360, but it's a STEP file so it's just a bunch of solid objects. I know there are several people who are building it... I've never used Inventor I'm afraid.

Some CAD software does have issues with the STEP file from fusion. I did use some STEP file analyzer (https://www.nist.gov/services-resources/software/step-file-analyzer-and-viewer) and it found no issues with the STEP file per se, so it has to be something in the import that chokes.

What I found works best is if you import the step file back in fusion 360 and then you can re-export only parts and that works a bit better.

Best of luck.
