These design issues are depending on the used Linux version. Possibly appearing issues are:

(Kubuntu 15.04 with LO 4.4.5 and kde5 works fine)

I can't see any possibility to fix this at the moment.

Kubuntu (14.04, kde 4.14):

LO and OO: Organon's main menu isn't dockable anymore. For LO that can be solved by turning of workspace effects, restarting kde and docking the window. Afterwards the effects can be turned on again. For OO that doesn't work.
