oauth-ssh-config uses wrong globus-ssh.conf #57

In the naming switch from 'globus-ssh' to 'oauth-ssh', it looks like the PAM module uses the correct config path '/etc/oauth-ssh/globus-ssh.conf' but the oauth-ssh-config utility still looks at /etc/globus/globus-ssh.conf.
