click 7 arguments, relax dependencies versions #73

Click changed to a single parameters for arguments in 7. Also relaxes the dependency versions, but now requires Click greater than 7. Client tests pass and works for logging into a demo server. This addresses #72

This was merged out of band to deal with conflicts.
