Add support for SimpleButton flash object that become StarlingButtonProxy #20

It same as StarlingMovieClip creation but i use SimpleButto(obj).upState and SimpleButto(obj).downState as frames

Sorry but this commit looks like way too much for this feature... I'm guessing that you committed an old version?

I've rechecked your change, and I saw that you nailed it! BUT you probably used an older version of DMT... You must take the latest changes from the original repository to your fork, and only then do a pull request. Another option is to delete your fork (Save your changes locally before you do that), re-fork and apply your changes again...
