Realize flash SimpleButton convert to Starling Button #21

This pull request contains 2 separate pull requests. One for your addition, the SimpleButton, very cool. And one for the UnifiedLayout, I don't know what it is, but is sounds like an interesting (Separate project)!

To manage it, you should create a separate branch on your fork and create a Pull Request on each.

Note: In the Unified Layout, you've re-included the same sources from DMT...

Please fix these, and recreate the Pull Requests (Should be easy) Your contribution is very much appropriated! And many users will enjoy your addition. Thanks!

In a big projects i always create folder where i keep all experimentations and tests - i called it modules, very useful
