Here's the documentation instructions for the xray, routing section, and I think you can add the parameter "email" to the inbound section. This parameter, in the routing section, the value of "email", as described in the documentation, will be the value of "user". Then you use the "ip" parameter to specify a range of IPs to block outbound.

Note that the logical relationship between "user" and "ip" is and . Please refer to my suggestion.

入站配置中的 email 那参数，之前也有个老外问过 https://github.com/XTLS/Xray-core/issues/2321#issuecomment-1637097638 我还去看了下文档回了他，看这位楼主问的意思，猜测他是想问这方面，就回他了。

PS：正好刚刚测试了一下 SS2022 服务端入站配置中，多用户时 示例说明 添加 email ，然后在路由模块中设置使用 user 来匹配是失败的。

VLESS入站加 email，在路由中用 user 匹配，我肯定（前段时间才试过）是正常工作的。

PS2：这需求不是那老外问，我自建也没用到过。

我觉得 *ray 的流量路径太乱了，NEXT-core 就是解决这个问题的，可惜最近没时间开个新项目
