How do I change the outbound based on the SID or profile on client on same server?

I am looking to change the outbound based on the SID but I am unable to find information about it. My config is:

I would like to change how outbounds are routed based on the users SID. For example, use wireguard if its equal to fe and use freedom/direct if its equal to ca. I cannot find any information on this online
