Rewrite the browser dialer docs #533

I always felt that the Background section does not really help beginners understand why this thing exists. In the process of fixing it, I restructured the entire page.

It seems the russian docs on main branch have been synced with this PR. Originally I was waiting for feedback and if somebody will translate it back to chinese. Now I will just merge it. The chinese documentation may update eventually, but in essence, all three documents are complete anyway.

@mmmray I apologize if I acted prematurely. From now on, I will only synchronize changes that have already been merged into the main branch. For articles/fixes in PRs, I will wait for them to be merged. 🤝

I think it's fine, I just don't think it's necessary, so I haven't translated it yet

It's fine, I am not sure if you did something wrong, I just didn't expect it. As the number of non-chinese contributors grows, it will become less clear what is the source of truth, and I myself am confused by it.
