Allow overriding instruction/data memory files with plusargs #8

By setting the data_file and inst_file plusargs, the names of the files to load can be specified on the command-line without rebuilding the simulation model. If the plusargs are not used, the current behaviour will be used.

Once #6 is merged I will add support for exposing these plusargs in the core description file
