Support for Ctrl-W + h/j/k/l to switch between editors #229

When there are several open buffers in Vim, one can switch between them with Ctrl-W + h/j/k/l. It would be nice, if XVim would support this shortcut to switch between editors (assistant editor and main editor) in Xcode.

I believe this is a duplicate of #103.

YES. This will be supporetd under #103 implementation. (Maybe version 2.0)
