Why there Xvim haven't done release Sep 23, 2013 ? #627

"Releases(tags) : Releases are tags on master branch. All the code and documents on these tags are well arranged. Usual XVim user should use one of releases."

But the latest release is from Sep 23, 2013

It means I haven't released anything after that. I tried to but I couldn't. As you may notice, current master branch is not really stable though you may use it. The project is not really managed well currently.
