Thanks for the report. I need some more info.

Which version are you using? Is it from "XVim_0.01.pkg" ? or from current latest source code?

I install XVim from current latest source code.

If a line is so long that you need to scroll left or right to see all,

I can't use $ or ^ or 0 for me to scroll.
