开启XX-NET后，系统任务栏里面只能指定为取消全局代理，点击别的菜单选项无法切换 #1247

目前使用的是chorme-Proxy SwitchyOmega切换代理，翻墙很正常，但是左下角任务栏的图标里面只能指定为取消全局代理，点击别的菜单选项无法切换。换成chorme外的浏览器就没办法使用了。 image image image

对了，网吧里也无法切换这个。

可能与未能获取管理员权限有关

@simonasd 我专门在属性里设置了以管理员模式启动，但没有效果。 PS:我本人用的浏览器是chorme，这个问题并没有影响我的使用，只是我偶然发现，觉得IE用户可能会遭遇到这个bug

另外，我在XXNET的google讨论群中，发现之前有人也提到了这个问题。

@ShaoyuanLi 是的，在这边也有人发过相关的issue。只是一直没能重现这个问题，找不到解决的头绪，纯粹靠猜测。

我也遇到了这个问题，怎么都切换不了全局代理。每次都是打开start.bat启动的，用上面说的管理员权限启动也没有用。
