非浏览器软件无法导入证书时怎么用 #1414

我在使用Mendeley做文献管理，需要翻墙，但是设置代理后出现： there was a problem connecting to mendeley.com to sync your library: ssl handshake failed. 这种问题怎么解决？

查看IE的证书是否正确安装。

安装证书有两种方法： 1.单独安装到浏览器中 2.安装到操作系统中

双击证书文件，根据提示，应该可以安装到系统中吧。
