win10 只能在浏览器内翻墙吗？ #1942

请问win10 只可以在浏览器内翻墙吗？客户端软件需要翻墙通信怎么做？

UWP app默认是没有访问localhost的权限. 你需要自己添加 在 cmd 下输入 CheckNetIsolation loopbackexempt

有些程序可能不能读取系统代理设置吧
