如果把运行xx-net的电脑IP地址设置成VPN的服务器地址是不是就不会出现证书的问题了？

opera vpn就可以

证书问题是 GAE 的限制，和用不用VPN没关系

？？具体要怎么做呢？一直以为XX-net在ios上是不可用的。

可以用 pac 的方式共享 PC 端的 XXNET

也行，安卓要 5.0 以上版本的才支持 PAC，不然就要 root
